Payment options and security

We accept bank payments. Please follow through the order process and select this option.

Paypal - All payments are done directly through PayPal secure e-payments server. PayPal is designed to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Paypal accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Solo and American Express. We require full payment for all purchase and transport costs before goods can be released. For your security stagandhenfancydresscostumes never handles your card details.

Do you carry stock in New Zealand?
YES - Everything we sell we have right here in Wellington and we carry plenty of stock of all the products so you can order with confidence.

Delivery
NZ Orders are processed the same day as payment is received and dispatched using NEXT DAY DELIVERY.  Please contact us in advance if you require your package urgently as we can often accommodate this request. Delivery is made every day except Sunday. If you require a costume for Saturday the latest you can order it is by 2pm on Friday and  you must pay via Paypal.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order as fast as we can and usually on the same day your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment.

Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from stagandhenfancydresscostumes for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Please note as all t-shirts are printed personally for your group, t-shirt orders that have been printed prior to your cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you would like to return any order in part or full, stagandhenfancydresscostumes would be more than happy to return you the full amount of the costume cost (excluding shipping cost.); a refund will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase.

If an item is being returned for an exchange of size then we will happily change it for you with a cost of $10 re-send mail charge.

Returned goods must comply with the following rules
• Returns must be received by us within 5 days of you receiving the order.
• Costumes should be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
• Returns must be made via courier tracked delivery only.
• Due to personal hygiene Teeth, wigs, facial hair or tights cannot be returned.
• Please enclose your order number this can be found on your invoice if you do not have this number please enclose your name and address with the return.

Products ordered that are not available
If a Product that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you. Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact.

Group and wholesale orders - NZ only.

We are happy to offer the following discounts, along with a one off shipping fee of $20  (2-4 days delivery time). Please email your order to sales@grippers.co.nz   and we will send you a revised invoice.

A discount of 10% on orders of  10 - 19 items. A discount of 15% on orders of  20 - 29 items.  A discount of 20% on orders of 30 - 39 items. A discount of 30% on orders of 40 items or more.
